RETURN & exchange policy
Bought it but don't love it? That's OK. Than we've all been there for give you the best service.
You have 30 days to return almost any Shininglove.com purchase for a refund, if your purchase is still in saleable condition. While we cannot accommodate every return, we value you and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.
Our return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. More than anything, we want you to love our style as much as we love yours.
By the way, some special order/offer fees are non-refundable, that kind of order/offer we will warn you before your payment.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below.
Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
Our company reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned product.
Product will be accepted return & exchange for any of the following conditions are met;

Product quality problems, such as spare part damaged, color faded, defects in workmanship etc.ï¼›

Because of our reason to cause the product mismatch, such as size, color, type to be inconsistent with the order
Product won’t be accepted return & exchange for any of the following reasons have existed

Product without any quality problem, just the buyer dissatisfies with the style or design of product;

Due to the customs, weather and other force majeure factors leading the goods to delay arrival;

During the sale of goods, buyer found that the product style is not welcomed by the market.
Returns & Exchange Policy

Return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package.

All returns are subject to inspection. Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any such items and return them to you at your expense ($5.99 return handling & shipping fee). Please note that a claim must be filed within 7 days of receiving your order if it is defective, damaged, or incomplete upon arrival. Any lost or not received packages must be reported within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.

Send back the items in brand new condition with the original packaging. All products must be returned with the original tags still attached.

If your original order qualified for a gift, the gift must be returned along with the return item(s) or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the free item.

Place the jewelry box in the original padded shipping box or your own padded box. Please DO NOT use envelopes for returns! Items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging will not be accepted. If the original return form is not available, please include a note with your order number, name, contact information, and the items you are returning and/or the items you would like to exchange with.

All items that are returned in their original packaging, unopened and unmarked will not be subject to restocking fees. All other returns (missing tags, missing items, etc.) will have a %15 Restocking fee deducted from their Total Return Amount.

If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged, please take photos of packaging and damaged items.

We received items and refund your money or keep the balance into your credit account for next order.

Once your return is received, it may take 2-7 business days to process. When your return is processed, you will receive an email.

All shipping charges must be prepaid, and the shipment must be insured for the full value of the merchandise being returned.
